We are looking for a CRM manager for our clients in Barcelona. You will need a minimum of 2 years CRM experience in casino with Bingo experience being beneficial but not essential. You will be required to manage and develop VIPs directly whilst managing a small team, develop and implement the contact strategy & develop monthly promotions. This role is working shifts and requires someone who has the knowledge to retain Customers and give them what they are looking for. Ideally a Spanish speaker however this is not a must for this role.
