Our client, a forward thinking and expanding E - Learning Company aligned very closely to the Online Gaming Industry are looking for a Russian Localisation manager. We are currently looking for a Russian Localisation Manager. Future requirements include: Dutch, Spanish, Japanese, Bulgarian, Swedish, French, Polish, English, Hindi, Mandarin, Italian, German, and Polish. (please do register your interest and we will be in touch) Your main duty is to secure the textual quality of our English offers. You self-dependently take the initiative to proof-read both new and already existing texts and articles. The prompt operative translation of web content and recent information from German to English is part of your tasks, as well as the assembly & supervision of a capable team of freelance translators. Furthermore, in cooperation with our team of community managers, you are responsible for the creation of editorial content as well as to publicise news on recent events on the website. Next to these tasks, you are able to quickly adapt to new situations & problem and to provide quick assistance & answers to questions from the community in a service-oriented way. In order to do so, you not only make use of the clearly defined editorial environment, but you also use our forum as communication medium with our community. You change between different media and communication channels and adjust your writing and communication style seamlessly to the situation. You present self-created content accordingly, in cooperation with the other community managers and our web designers. Candidate requirements: Professional experience as corrector, translator, copywriter or online-editor A concluded apprenticeship / concluded studies as corrector, translator, linguist or journalist Experience with poker-specific vocabulary Affinity to online communities Knowledge in the areas of web design, respectively a good intuition for first-class presentation of content on the web Basic skills in HTML German language
