| A bomb warning received by the National Police at around 11am this morning forced the closure of the Vía Ibérica and Gran Vía in Zaragoza city centre, and hundreds of people to be evacuated from the ESIC Business School and other buildings in the immediate vicinity.
The warning, which was also directed at other ESIC facilities in Madrid and Sevilla, turned out to be false.
It has been established that the telephone warning originated from an address in Sevilla's Triana district although the motive for it remains unclear. |
