| Orihuela Town Hall has opened an investigation into the promoters of the San José Residence area of the Playa Flamenca estate.
The investigation comes after several of the inhabitants of the 59 homes reported problems with cracks and humidity, with some homes being built dangerously close to a small river, whose level rises regularly following heavy rains. |
