|  Ten coastal provinces are on orange alert (high risk) because of the high winds affecting the area.
The wind is expected to be especially strong in the Basque Country and Cantabria.
In Guipúzcoa and Vizcaya strong north westerly winds are expected to cause waves four or five metres high and could reach up to 90kmph further inland.
Asturias, Lugo, La Coruña, Pontevedra, Tarragona, Castellón and the Balearic islands are on yellow alert (risk) and winds of up to 80kmph are expected in these areas. |
