The apartment in the Monte Paraíso complex features an open living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a compact equipped kitchen (with microwave and separate fridge).

The double bedroom, in soft colors, ensures peaceful nights of rest. A built-in wardrobe and air conditioning provide additional comfort. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also available.

Highlight: the terrace. It is the ideal place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to enjoy a romantic evening with a glass of wine.

After sunbathing on hot days, the communal pool promises refreshing moments.

In front of the Monte Paraíso complex is the Europa shopping center. Supermarkets like Hiperdino and Mercadona are nearby, as well as car rentals, bus stops, and taxis.

You won't get bored in Puerto Rico. During the day, you can go on boat trips, engage in water sports, sightseeing, etc. At night, restaurants with regional and international dishes, fast food chains, pubs with live music, and terrace bars attract visitors.

The beach of Puerto Rico or the marina is a 20-minute walk away. The fantastic Amadores beach is about 2.5 km away. Other tourist destinations like Meloneras, the Maspalomas Dunes, or Playa del Inglés can be reached by highway in just 15 minutes.
