Located in a quiet building with an elevator, and few neighbors.
It is distributed in a spacious and bright living room with a small outdoor space from which you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and sunsets. We continue with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and with space for the dining table. It also has 2 large and bright bedrooms, with windows to the outside and closets, and finally a full bathroom with a shower.
This apartment accepts a maximum occupancy of 3 people and pets are not allowed.
Water and internet costs are included in the price, electricity costs will be the tenant's responsibility.
Close to all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, police, public transport...
Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's deposit will be required (to be returned within the legal timeframe, after having handed over the property to the owner, as long as the condition of the property is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and the conditions of the rental contract are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion.
