Between Beznar Lake and the Zaza Valley is the 19,000m2 site of El Cerrajon.  The plot overlooks the dam and the lake to the north, over hills and valleys to the south and to the Sierra Nevada to the east.  It has terraced olive groves below the house site and above, presently covered with rosemary, thyme and other local plans, the upper part of the plot has permission for a well while the lower plot already has water rights from an acequia.
