The separate guest house is equipped with a bedroom, an open kitchen and a bathroom and thus offers an ideal private area for your friends, guests and family.
The property is available immediately and there is the possibility to purchase an adjoining (vacant) plot of land. In this way, privacy, tranquility and views are retained, or you want to create a garden.
A double garage is also available.
Visit this extraordinary mansion and let yourself be enchanted by its charm.
Surrounded by quaint and ancient stone windmills, the medieval and traditional town of Montuïri is one of the most popular places to live in the center of the island. Located about 30 kilometers east of Palma towards Manacor, this place also lends its name to the small community that surrounds it.
Montuïri was officially mentioned for the first time in 1329. Signs of settlement probably date back to the Bronze Age - including one of the most important archaeological sites in all of Mallorca. The place name comes from Latin and literally means "mountain town" and the famous eight windmills in the Molinar district are the symbol of the city.
