Access to the property begins with a picturesque rambla of 1.6 km, followed by an 8 km forest track in perfect condition. The last 4 km through a dirt road on the property need improvement due to lack of use but are easily upgradeable. Under these conditions, the travel time to Tabernas is 50 minutes, and to Almería, 90 minutes. The altitude of the estate ranges from 750 meters to 1200 meters at its highest point.
