Our agency has the pleasure of renting this brand new apartment in the center of Arguineguín and just a few minutes walk from the beach. It is located on the top floor of a residential building that has an elevator and a magnificent solarium with sea views, a communal pool and jacuzzi.

Available from MARCH 2025 for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. The price includes a garage and a storage room as well as water, electricity and Internet costs up to a maximum of 100 euros. It has a capacity for 4 people and pets are not allowed.

It consists of a sunny terrace, a cozy bright living room, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning in all its rooms.

Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. In addition, they will be required to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's deposit will be required (to be returned within the legal timeframe, after having handed over the property to the owner, provided that the condition of the property is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which has been in force since the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, provides in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing rental contracts 'the real estate management costs and those of formalizing the contract will be borne by the landlord'.
