El Margen is a little village situated between Galera and Cúllar (7km away) which belongs to the municipality of Cúllar. It has a few restaurants and bars, many cave houses and mile upon mile of surrounding countryside.

Cúllar is ten minutes away by car and has all the usual facilities for a village this size including a great public swimming pool open during the summer months.

The nearest airport is Granada around 1h15 drive away, then Almeria 1h30 drive away followed by Murcia 1h40 drive away and then Alicante 2 hours drive away.
