Magnificent independent villa located between the center of Fuengirola and the Los Boliches neighborhood. 200 meters from the beach and promenade. It has a 1000m2 plot. Ideal for families or friends, with capacity for up to 15 people. Parking area, saltwater pool and games room with pool table, table football and ping pong.

The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite) and 1 toilet. Three of the rooms are on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed and the other two have two single beds. The fourth bedroom with sloping ceilings is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs.

40m2 living room with two 4-seater sofas, two armchairs and satellite TV, offering enough space for all guests. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is the dining room, which contains a second refrigerator and a large table for 8 - 10 people. From the dining room access you reach the rear porch area, where there is another table and chairs for meals or meetings in the open air, while enjoying the fabulous climate of the Costa del Sol.

To the rear of the property there is another shower room, twin bedroom, kitchenette with microwave, and WC. Under this second porch/garden area there is another table and chairs and from here you also gain access to the games room.

The villa has WIFI and all rooms have hot and cold air splits.

BioParc Fuengirola, more than a zoo, is a farm for endangered animals. The park . it is located in the heart of Fuengirola, just a couple of minutes walk from the bus and train stations and is one of the best things to do if you are traveling with the whole family.

Mini Train City Tour: If you are going to stay in Fuengirola for several days you can move around the city in a small red train, Mini Train City Tour. The miniature train is classical in style and as a tourist train it takes you to all the main sites, giving you a general idea of the layout of the city. It is also ideal for children to enjoy.

Fuengirola promenade: The Fuengirola promenade is another of the important attractions of this place. It is the largest in Spain, being the favorite place for many tourists who come to this city. It is a wide space ideal for walking, carefully decorated with palm trees that cover the entire length of the walk, with flowers and benches to rest and make the walk more pleasant and suitable for all people.

The entry time is from 17:00 to 21:00. If you wish to register after 9:00 p.m., you must pay a supplement of 30 euros from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 50 euros from 24:00 p.m.
Do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit of 400 euros upon arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
