Modern Villa built in 2020 and located on the urbanization 'Sant Miquel d´Aro' in the coastal village called Santa Cristina d´Aro at the Costa Brava.

This beautiful villa which sleeps 8, is south facing with views over the green hinterland.
In front of the villa there is a spacious private driveway with parking for 3 cars.

The private and fully fenced plot is 515m2 big and the villa is protected with a security gate and alarm system available for our guests.

The spacious living room with smart TV and unlimited fibre internet, dining and kitchen area have large sliding doors directly to the outdoor terrace with private pool. The outdoor terrace has a large table with 8 chairs, two big manual sun screens to create some shade if desired and a gas BBQ. 6 Sunbeds are also available around the pool. The garden is pleasant with a mixture of shrubs, flowers & fruit trees.

The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with a dishwasher, big fridge / freezer combination, oven (including microwave), washing machine, coffee machine, kettle etc.

Unlimited fast fibre internet is also available at the villa and included in the rent.
On ground level there is the master bedroom with on suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom.

Upstairs there is one bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, (also with additional fold down bed) and a spacious sun terrace with table & chairs to enjoy views over the forest and mountains.

The whole property is equipped with air-conditioning throughout.

Stay in the most varied region of Spain where the seasons have to do with pleasant temperatures and more than 300 days of sunshine per year (also occasional rain making nature nice and green). With cities, and their airports, within easy reach (Barcelona in an hour and Girona in 25 minutes). With facilities in Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d ' Aro that are reachable within 14 minutes.

Beautiful green hinterland and even a day of skiing or hiking in the Pyrenees (2 hours travel) is one of the possibilities.

There are several golf courses (Golf club Costa Brava, Mas Nou, PGA Golf d'Catalunya), marinas, sailing and water sports venues, the most delicious gourmet and authentic Spanish restaurants and to the most interesting towns to visit, strolling and shopping.
