This excellent frontline apartment is situated in the centre of Altea, with wonderful sea views from the lounge, kitchen and terrace. All of the amenities of the town are within walking distance. The beach is opposite the apartment with many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, local markets and the bus and train service.
Upon entering the apartment there is a hallway, a bedroom with a single bed and pull out bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is a second bathroom with a shower over a small bath.
There is a fully fitted kitchen and large living/dining room with full length patio doors giving wonderful views and sound of the sea. There is also a terrace for relaxing.

There is lift access to the apartment and cooling fans for each room and portable heaters for the winter.
