It is a private apartment in quiet residential complex Cayey with community pool. It has a living room with comfortable sofa, Wifi, TV and airconditioning, a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with two single beds (sleeps maximum 4 people), a complete bathroom and a balcony with nice views towards the sea.

It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach or to the centre of Puerto Rico which is a perfect tourist resort with countless possibilities to enjoy a nice walk to the beach, a relaxing boat trip or an exciting jet-ski ride as well as a nice coffee or glass of wine in one of the local bars or a lovely meal in one of the many restaurants in one of the shopping centres - there are many activities to make you holidays unforgettable.

The Price per week is 700€ in summer season / 840€ in winter season (check with us reduced prices for stays over month) and we charge breakage deposit out of which we discount cleaning, bed linen and possible damages at the end of your stay.
