The coastal town of Porto Cristo is located on the east coast of Mallorca in the Llevant region. The distance to the island's capital Palma is 63 kilometers. Porto Cristo was originally the port supplying the city of Manacor, which has been one of the most important trading centers on the sunny island, since the Middle Ages. Today this coastal town is popular with tourists and sailing enthusiasts.
The beach and harbour are within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.
The main beach of the resort is called Playa de Porto Cristo. It is in the middle of the town and has a tree-lined promenade, restaurants, and shops.

The garbage fee is 169.11 euros per year.
There are currently no community costs, however, the introduction of community costs is being considered. This will be around 30 euros per month to ensure that the stairwell is cleaned and insurance is taken out on the building.
