5 minutes from the nearest beach (Aiguadolç) next to the marina and only 1.5 km from the Renfe station (center of Sitges). The house for its southeast orientation, covers the wind so that throughout the year you can sunbathe from the terrace that is next to the living room and also that prevents the house to accumulate dust and dirt. In the upper part, the solarium has partial views of the sea. In the front there is an entrance where you can make your small garden and take advantage of it in summer to put a table, bbc and enjoy with friends as it faces north and the sun only gives in this part of the property in the late afternoon .
