La Pared is a very quiet urbanization, which is particularly popular with surfers because of the sandy bays on the Costa del Viejo Rey, where the waves from the open Atlantic break on the coast. But even those who like to go to the famous sandy beaches between Costa Calma and Morro Jable, the Playas de Jandia, but want to avoid mass tourism or prefer sunsets, feel at home here in La Pared.
Here you have peace and quietness, but are only 8 km, less than 10 minutes away from the center of Costa Calma, one of the largest tourist areas of Fuerteventura.
In La Pared itself there are surf schools, a large tourist resort, a well-known bar, a cafe and many villas and houses rented out to tourists. It is exactly 60 km to the international airport of Fuerteventura.
