In the winter months this area is heated with UV lamps and shielded from the wind with blinds. There is also a pool table, 8 sun loungers and a day bed.
Please note pool heating will be charged at €150 per month, payable on arrival to the keyholder.
These rates apply only from middle of September to the end of March.
*NOTE: A Final Cleaning fee will be applicable, which is a one off amount of €150 paid with the final instalment of rent*
