It is one of the oldest and most authentic fishermen's houses in Vila Vella, completely renovated and equipped with antique elements.

It has a structure of tossa stone walls half a meter thick, which give it an ideal temperature, very cosy and spacious.

The house is distributed over two floors as follows:

On the ground floor we find a kitchen open to a daily dining area, a complete bathroom with shower and a spacious and comfortable living room.

On the upper floor we find 2 triple bedrooms (in one there is a double bed and a single bed, in the other there is a bunk bed and a single bed).
We also find on this first floor a complete bathroom with bathtub.

In addition, this property has an attic (or gulfs) in which a double bed also enters.
