Outside is a fabulous pool with roman steps with wonderful views and terrace area with plenty of room for sunbathing. A car is necessary to reach the towns Moraira and Benitachell, but you will find a international supermarket and a good restaurant within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

The winter rental price quoted is for a rental of 3 months or longer (maximum 6 months). Should you wish to rent the house for a shorter period please contact us for the price. The use of gas, electricity and water is not included in the rental price.
