The apartment is located in Villajoyosa, opposite Paraiso Beach in Residential Garden Court, Partida Paraiso number 9, within 30 minutes drive to Alicante airport.
The flat is suitable for people with wheelchairs, being designed with this particularily in mind.

One bathroom with walk in shower (including towels) and a spacious glassed balcony, from where you have a panoramic view to the private pool of the residential area and the beach is approximatley 100 metres from the flat. Another separate toilet and wash-hand basin is handily placed.

The complex is in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain, located near Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Alicante. A local bus service has a stop close to the apartments, and the costal Tram service is 15 minutes away.
Rain is an infrequent visitor, the climate is mild, thanks to its situation between the mountains and the coast. This is the area where the temperature is pleasant throughout October to the end of April, but obviously higher in the summer.
The beach comprises sand and pebbles, is lengthy and deepens slowly. You can also rent sunbeds and parasols everywhere for a fair price. The bars on the beach offer paella, tapas, sangria and many other delicacies.
