Visits to the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as DNI, NIE or passport, before the visit. Additionally, they will be asked to sign a visit sheet upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of 1 month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned within legal deadlines, after having delivered the home to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the owner. tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
