The exterior carpentry is made of light lacquered aluminium in colour pearl grey, the windows have double glazing with Climalit air chamber. The bathrooms will be tiled throughout with beige, brown and red tiles. The tiles in the laundry rooms will be white. The kitchens will have Bosch appliances or similar.

The common staircase of the building will be metal and the staircases of the semi-detached houses will be metal with wooden steps and glass railings. The private terraces will have floating wooden floors.

The commercial spaces will have pre-installation for air conditioning and a bathroom with sink and toilet.

The entrance doors will have a painted steel frame, the door will be armoured, painted white and fitted with a security lock.

Area and surroundings

Cala Figuera is located about 60 kilometres from the Mallorcan capital, Palma de Mallorca, and is probably one of the most beautiful fishing villages on the island. The idyllic place was little influenced by the tourist boom of the 1980s and has therefore retained its original charm. The bay, with its turquoise waters, juts inland in a Y-shape. The restaurants in the harbour serve freshly caught fish and seafood. The restaurant owners buy the goods directly from the fishermen. When they are not at sea, they sit together in small groups in the harbour or mend their nets. Several hiking trails, partly directly by the sea, invite to extensive excursions. The popular village of Santanyi is only about 4 kilometres away.
