Do I need experience in the real estate sector?
- It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not; we will train you as a Real Estate Consultant. You will receive full and professional training. You will learn to list and sell properties. We offer the best training and a complete career plan.
What does the training consist of?
Listing New Properties:
- We will guide you on how to identify and acquire properties that perfectly match the needs of our buyers.
- Building strong relationships with property owners and securing exclusive 'sole agent' listings.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for properties to be marketed and sold.
Client Type: Lead qualification, cold calling, sending property proposals, and organizing property viewings.
Presenting Purchase Proposals: Presenting purchase proposals to property owners, negotiating, and mediating to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
Contracts: Understanding contracts and facilitating communication between the buyer and seller’s legal representatives.
CRM Usage: Structured maintenance and follow-up of customer data within the CRM system.
What do I need to work as a Sales Agent in Mallorca?
- People who score high in energy are animated, enthusiastic, and social. They are gregarious, competitive, fun-loving, and thrive on meeting new people, visiting new places, and embracing new experiences.
- You need an international profile with knowledge in languages. You should either already live in Mallorca with the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residency/TIE/SS number) or have the intention to move to the island.
- The regulations of the Balearic Islands specify that you need one of the following in order to work as a Sales Agent:
- A university degree in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or Architecture.
or
- An official 200 hours course leading to a qualification
or
- At least four years accredited experience as an Estate Agent in the Balearic Islands.

Where will my place of work be located?
- We have offices in Pollença, in the north of Mallorca, and in the Gomila (El Terreno) neighborhood in Palma.
- Your place of work will involve 20% in the office, generating business opportunities and interacting with team members, and 80% combining property viewings and listings.

- Base salary.
Commission from sales (variable depending on annual sales volume – more sales, higher commission).
Commission as a Listing Agent, plus additional commissions for:
Sole agency (exclusivity) when a property is sold.
Fees obtained upon sale of the property.
Additional commissions for referring clients to:
Currency exchange companies, mortgage brokers, and other services.
Responsibilities of a Property Consultant:
- Acquisition of properties and negotiation of terms with sellers to match the demands of prospective buyers.
- Developing the best strategies for selling properties.
- Property valuations.
- Managing purchase requests.
- Organizing inspection trips for potential buyers.
- Conducting property viewings with buyers.
- Handling purchase offers.
- Offering necessary services to buyers or sellers, such as lawyers, tax advisors, architects, currency exchange, mortgage services, etc.
- Sending documents to lawyers for contract preparation and attending notary appointments to finalize purchases.
- Participating in events and expanding the professional network.
