Role Overview:

Your responsibilities will include building and managing your own property portfolio, marketing your professional services effectively, advising on property valuations, executing strategic marketing plans for listings, and facilitating negotiations between property sellers and buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust property portfolio.
- Market yourself and the brand effectively.
- Advise clients on property valuations.
- Implement marketing strategies for properties both traditionally and digitally.
- Mediate in the negotiations between sellers and buyers.
- Client engagement: Connect with clients and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
- Network Development: Expand and nurture your professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- International Client Support: Coordinate and conduct viewing trips for international clients unfamiliar with the area.

- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are necessary.
- Live in Spain and have a knowledge of the area, with the right to work in Spain
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Spanish or English is essential.
- Knowledge of additional languages like German, Dutch, Flemish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or other languages is a significant bonus.
